Highlights: Ackley, Aplington, Parkersburg and New Hartford were all on the route for the fourth day of RAGBRAI in 2021 from Iowa Falls to Waterloo. This year's route from Iowa Falls to neighboring Cedar Falls takes many of the same roads as that day in 2021.
