Highlights: Ventura sits on the northwestern shore of Clear Lake, a popular northern Iowa lake with a town of the same name on the lake's northeastern shore. Clear Lake is a popular spot for walleye, muskie and crappie fishing. The lake is also a popular spot for boating and other water recreation.
