The 2024 ride will take place from July 20 – 27, 2024 and is the 51st annual bicycle ride across the state. This includes the day-long RAGBRAI Expo in our first Overnight Town, and seven days of cycling as riders head to the Mississippi.

It is more than just a bike ride, it is an epic seven-day rolling festival of bicycles, music, food, camaraderie, and community. RAGBRAI is the oldest largest, and longest multi-day bicycle touring event in the world.

The route is 434 miles long (8th shortest) and the hilliest on record in the last 50 years with 18,741 feet of climb.

Day 1 - Sun, July 21: 44 miles - Glenwood to Red Oak
Day 2 - Mon, July 22: 40 miles - Red Oak to Atlantic
Day 3 - Tue, July 23: 79 miles - Atlantic to Winterset
Day 4 - Wed, July 24: 74 miles - Winterset to Knoxville)
Day 5 - Thu, July 25: 60 miles - Knoxville to Ottumwa
Day 6 - Fri, July 26: 82 miles - Ottumwa to Mount Pleasant
Day 7 - Sat, July 27: 45 miles - Mount Pleasant to Burlington
