Stone Park gets a makeover for Renegade Cyclocross

Cyclocross season is right around the corner and we've been working with the city of Des Moines to improve Stone Park to provide a safer and better training experience!

The BIKEIOWA Cycling Team has been promoting weekly cyclocross training night for the last few years.

Last year we used Stone Park near the south side of Des Moines to host our Renegade practices and the Capital City Cross race weekend.

Here are some photos as we brought out the "Big Guns" to smooth out some areas and fill some deep ruts.

KUDOS to the City of Des Moines Parks Department for working with us to improve this park!
