"Stone Crusher p/b River Products Company" will celebrate a $10,000 purse prize shared equally between women and men. The purse will be distributed 10 deep among both podiums. So $1,000 for first place, $900 for 2nd, and so on in $100 increments to 10th place.
This partnership honors the life of Chris Lillig and the Memorial Cup. His legacy has been carried through lowa City's cycling community for decades via the
Old Capitol Criterium and
Jinglecross so it is an honor to have this celebration of life associated with core4. The
Stone Crusher p/b River Products Company is considered lowa's marque cycling experience and we are excited to create fandom by celebrating athletes and inspiring the next generation of cyclists.

Chris was an accountant at River Products Company. Chris' parents Mike and Jane were also partners in the company.
The Chris Lillig Memorial Cup Race Weekend is another popular cycling event dedicated to the memory of Chris.
