Trail Ride

Distance - Route 1: 9.6 (one-way) / Route 2: 44.4 (one-way)

Ride 4 Resilience and Recovery is a fundraiser bike ride on the scenic Wabash Trace Nature Trail in Southwest Iowa.  All proceeds benefit NAMI Southwest Iowa.

NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.  NAMI Southwest Iowa is a local affiliate of NAMI and NAMI Iowa.

 

 

 

Route

There will be two routes participants can choose from on the Wabash Trace:

· Family Route – Council Bluffs to Mineola (9.6 mi.)

· Challenge Route – Council Bluffs to Shenandoah (44.4 mi.)

 NOTE:  Return transportation will NOT be provided.  Plan to ride round-trip or arrange for someone to pick you up at your destination.

$25 Early Bird (Until 5/10) - Includes T-Shirt

$30 Regular (5/11-6/23) - Register by June 10th for free T-Shirt!

$35 Day of Event

Registrations taken online until June 23.  Walk-in registrations are welcome at the event!
