Join Scott from BIKEIOWA.com to hear about what's on his radar in the Iowa cycling scene this weekend. #FridayFives is a new series for Summer 2020 and we plan to share fun destinations, events and happenings each week.

For Week #1, it is:

1) Stop Riverdale from Cutting Access Between MRT and Duck Creek Trail

2) Green Plaid Crew Shirt Pre-Order https://bikeiowa.com/Feature/1807

3) All bike jerseys and tanks are on sale for $50 over at https://bikeiowa.com/Shop

4) The Triangle Tap in Des Moines is hosting Drive/Ride/Walk-Thru Pork Chop Night each Wednesday from 4-8PM. Check it out on Wednesday, May 27.

5) Founders Irish Pub in Bondurant is back with Sunday Brunch and Bloody Marys starting this Sunday, May 24 at 10AM. We are big fans of their three-egg omelets, hash-browns and toast!

And finally, remember that Memorial Day is more than BBQ and riding bikes. It's an American holiday honoring the men and women who died while serving in the US military.
