I was in
Decorah for work last week and had the chance to ride the Trout Run Trail. It's
a new trail that with brand new, smooth surface to ride over the gentle hills.
There are great views both in town and outside town with beautiful artwork throughout
the trail. The trail also comes out right by Decorah Bicycles if you need any
assistance (thankfully they're open until 8 on Thursday's to help a rider out)
and Toppling Goliath brewery is a nice place to refuel. Decorah in general is
an amazingly bike friendly down with ample trails, bike lanes, bike racks and corrals.
There are also great coffee shops and amazing restaurants. I highly recommend
Decorah!
