RIDE RIGHT Training ride on January 16th

The Iowa Bicycle Coalition will be sponsoring a special “Pre-BRR!” training ride following the RIDE RIGHT meeting on January 16, 2005. Don’t forget to bring your bicycle and your warmest pair of long johns to this 10-15 mile ride around the Des Moines metro area. Come to RIDE RIGHT, enjoy some FREE lunch while listening to great speakers, and then let’s ride! The ride will start at 2:15 p.m. following the final session of discussions. Maps will be provided. Following the ride, enjoy some re-warming therapy at one of the downtown coffeehouses. Please mark your calendars on Sunday, January 16 for the 2005 RAGBRAI Statewide RIDE RIGHT Meeting. This is the annual meeting of the statewide RIGHT RIDE committee members. The meeting will focus on ways to make RAGBRAI safer and more enjoyable for all. The meeting will be held in downtown Des Moines at The Des Moines Register building from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. More info to follow...
