The Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin, and University Heights communities are asking for the public's help in gathering information regarding bicycle habits and behaviors in the area.

A survey that opened on Tuesday will remain open until December 20 in hopes of receiving input from citizens.

The information gathered will help the Metropolitan Planning Organization of Johnson County plan workshops scheduled to be held in February 2019.

The vision for the plan is to make bicycling easier, safer, and more convenient for residents.

The new plan will coordinate with Iowa City’s recently adopted Bicycle Master Plan (2017) and the University of Iowa’s Bikeway Plan (in progress) in order to identify opportunities for connectivity in the Metro Area.
