The long awaited opening of the beautifully restored Minburn railroad depot on the Raccoon River Valley Trail is coming this weekend just in time for Memorial Day!
Crossings Bistro & Brew is excited to announce their grand opening on Sunday, May 24th in Minburn! Crossings Bistro & Brew offers great food, a full service coffee bar, beer and spirits all in a beautifully restored 101 year old railroad depot located right along the Raccoon River Valley Trail! Current plans are to be open from 6 AM to 10 PM daily.
The Minburn Depot will provide RRVT users a great place to stop and take a break with both outdoor and indoor seating; restrooms and of course great food and drink from Crossings!
The Minburn community is thrilled to see this project come to fruition and looks forward to welcoming cyclists, trail users and other visitors to the Minburn depot!
