The Des Moines gallery opening was BIGGER than the ARTCRANK openings in St. Louis, San Francisco, Portland, and Denver.
Yes, The Des Moines gallery opening was even BIGGER than the first opening in Minneapolis (now in the fourth year).
Sales at the gallery: in excess of $15,000.
SIX of 31 posters SOLD OUT on opening night! 2-3 is typical.
An additional 3 posters sold in excess of 20 prints
Estimated attendance - 800!
Despite the cooler weather, more than 100 cyclists biked down for the evening.
Finally Des Moines beat Portland and Minneapolis in SOMETHING bike-related.
