Des Moines, IA People who want to give their feedback on plans to re-work the lanes on Ingersoll Avenue will get their chance Wednesday. The city of Des Moines will present its plans to re-stripe parts of Ingersoll between MLK and Polk Boulevard. The project would add a bike lane and more on-street parking but take away a driving lane. Two public meetings are being held at the Waveland room of the Plymouth Congregational Church at 4126 Ingersoll Avenue. The meetings begin at 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
