Ankeny-Woodward trail news

Thank you for your support of the Ankeny-Woodward trail project, and for the encouragement you’ve given others to be part of this project. Breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy this good news: The matching requirement has been reached! The $1.75-million Vision Iowa grant is secured. The past week has been very exciting, with an outpouring of gifts in every size. We have more than 700 donors to the trail now! And 130 major donors now deserve recognition at the trailheads in thanks for their gifts of $1,000 or more! Please help spread this new message about the trail:

With the Vision Iowa grant secure, we can get the big bridge started this winter – but we still need about $400,000 to finish the million-dollar campaign and complete the trail and bridge.
Year-end gifts will be very important to the project’s success. Please encourage your friends to lend their support now.
