Distance - 28 miles, 46 miles, 100 miles

The Marshmallo Ride is headquartered  at the Cultural Center, 102 Washington St, Marshalltown, Iowa  50158

Three rides proceeding south and west out of Marshalltown on recreational trails departing from the Cultural Center.  Starting with the local Linn Creek Trail - then a connecting trail along Iowa Ave - then connecting with the trail along Hwy 330 down to Melbourne.

First ride is a 28 mile ride down to Melbourne and back all on recreational trails.   There will be a rest stop in Melbourne for all rides.

The second ride is 46 miles and travels on a county blacktop east from Melbourne to The Haverhill Social Club in Haverhill.  Food and beverages will be available for purchase.  Ride will return back through Melbourne where Clarks Bar will be a great place for refreshments.

Third ride is a century ride leaving the Cultural Center in Marshalltown at 7:00 am.  The century will travel through Melbourne - then South to Baxter where it picks up the Chichaqua Trail going all the way to Bondurant.  a burger lunch will be served at the Bondurant trailhead.

There is no charge for the ride this year.  We are requesting a free will donation to cover the expense of the rest stop and meals (a meal provided at the Cultural Center after the 26 & 48 mile rides and the burger lunch at Bondurant trailhead for century riders) 

All preregistered riders will receive a free blinking tail light.  Matt Gerstandt from Black Tire Bike Co. will be available for tire inflation and minor bike adjustments.  

There will be a shotgun start at 9:00 am for the 26 & 48 mile rides - a line up for a ride picture and then off together!
