Just Plain Fun
Distance - 40 miles
This ride combines riding, good times, live music and a surreal sunset. Camping is permitted at Lion's Park at the west end of 8th Avenue both Friday and Saturday nights. The first 20 miles are very hilly and after that it levels off. Showers and swimming are available on Saturday night untill 10:30 p.m.
Route
This is the seventh year for this ride and there will be maps available if you need one. A quick milage breakdown is this. Grinnell to Rock Creek Bait Shop/6miles. Rock Creek to Laurel/15 miles. Laurel to Gilman/7 miles. Gilman to back to Grinnell/12 miles.

None. But if you participate in this event you are responsible for your safety, belongings, behavoir and anything you do. In other words be safe and smart. Helmets are a good idea but in a free country the choice is yours. Lights and rear view mirrors are also good things to have.
