42 folks again last night for our last official TUESDAY renegade cross. the course was super fun, but a little short (sorry!). i think people made the most of it.

THANK YOU to all of you for coming out and doing the 'cross thing on Tuesdays this fall. it's been a
ball! however, now that daylight savings time is stealing our thunder, we're gonna make a few
changes.

TUESDAYS: meet at the bridge in waterworks park for night gravel road rides. 530PM. bring lights, tubes, and all the other niceties you might want for a few hours of riding in the dark.

AND, i will move renegade cyclocross to SATURDAY MORNINGS through jingle cross weekend for those interested in a weekly 'race'. look for an update NEXT WEEK about place and time for Saturday renegade #1.

PLEASE join us for Renegade Cyclocross Races in Des Moines on Tuesday through the end of November. 10/28 Venue - South Karen Acres Park We will meet at different venues each Tuesday. Watch the BIKEIOWA calendar for details each week! At between 5 and 5:30PM we’ll start doing warm up laps, with a 45 to 60 minute ‘race’ starting shortly after. The ‘courses’ will be pretty simple, and not marked as though it’s a UCI event, so if you’re looking for something PRO, you’re gonna be upset. We’ll do your best to get some tight turns, off cambers, pavement, etc. These events will be AT YOUR OWN RISK!
