We're hosting a duathlon training series this spring! The events will be Thursday nights at Water Works Park in Des Moines. A very fast and flat run-bike-run starting at 5:30pm. The dates are April 3rd, May 1st and May 29th. These will be perfect brick workouts helping you build toward some of the great triathlons Iowa has going on in the summer months.
