WHO

Psycowpath Series (Nebraska)

Description

Mountain Biking (RACE)

Distance - Varies per class

Located in the bluffs overlooking the Missouri River this course offers enough long downhill sections and equally long climbs to test riders of all abilities. THOR, the local IMBA trail club, has done an outstanding job of designing and maintaining the trail system. The competition will be as fierce as is the course. The race loops kick off at the top of the bluff with a downhill run through deep gullies and bermed turns that will eventually end at the very bottom of the course. A series of switchback climbs and acid-relieving downhill stretches gradually take you back to the top. Hold on to your water bottle! The last climb to the finish is a 200 yard gut buster known as Mount Never-rest! It’s the prime spectator spot for cheering on suffering racers. Sport/Expert race loop is approximately 5 miles. Beginner/First Timer race loop is 3.5 miles.
