Charity Ride

Distance - 10, 24, 60 and 75 miles

Barns and Bluffs Scenic Fall Ride has four mileage options, 10,24,60 and 75 miles. The 10 mile route is on flat to rolling terrain, the 24 mile route has moderately rolling hills for the first 8 miles then flattens out, the 60 mile ride includes 2 challenging hills and is moderately hilly before flattening out for the last 15 miles, and the 75 mile route has 3 challenging climbs during it's route and goes through the scenic historic town of Nauvoo and follows the Mississippi River for 6 miles.

Route

10 mile ride is an out and back ride on low traffic blacktop roads. 24 mile ride is a loop route on low traffic blacktop roads. 60 / 75 mile ride goes northeast of Carthage to the town of (Fort) LaHarpe and then through the towns of Disco, Dallas City, Niota, (75 mile ride also goes through Nauvoo) before finishing at the Carthage Lake City Park.

Registration

Pre-registration recieved by 09/12/05 will receive a free T-Shirt. $25 per individual rider $45 per family May register the day of ride but will not receive a T-Shirt
