Time Trial

Distance - 20km, 16km, 20km

Time Trial Tuesday is a series of 3 races held on various Tuesdays throughout the Summer in Okoboji.  Time trial (TT) racing can be an exhilarating activity and a great way to reach your fitness goals. An individual time trial (ITT) is a road bike race in which cyclists race alone against the clock on flat or rolling terrain, literally "against the watch",  ITTs are also referred to as "the race of truth", as winning depends only on each rider's strength and endurance, and not on help provided by teammates and others riding ahead and creating a slipstream.  We started this because there are so few events in the Midwest to put all your hard winter work to the test.  Why not make a fun event that everyone can participate in, regardless of skill set?  Each stage will pose it's own challenges, but nothing abnormally difficult.  In fact, the hardest thing will most likely be the wind that day and telling your legs to keep pedaling! Route
