The Le Mars City Council met onOct. 20 and approved a consent grouping of items related to streets and trails.
The request was approved as part of a consent grouping of items which also included a request from the Powder Player’s Snowmobile Club to utilize city lands for a snowmobile route from Iowa Highway 3 to U.S. Highway 75. Another item under the consent grouping was to approve a change in the language for a Iowa Federal Recreational Trails Program for the PlyWood Trail. The initial application was missing some of the match component language which was required.
