Rotten Weather Price Roll Back Registration Known as the “Original WINTER Bike Ride”, BRR rolls on regardless of the weather. Riders have experienced frigid temperatures and wind chills while plowing through a foot of snow and have also enjoyed spring like temperatures of 60 degrees and shorts! Attendance has grown every year with riders and guests attending from all over Iowa and the country. BRR registration, the official start and other morning activities all take place at the McCreary Community Building at 1800 Pattee Street. New this year is The BRR Tent located in downtown Perry on Second Street between Willis and Otley. The tent will serve as an alternative registration point for walk up registrations only and as a headquarters for afternoon activities with hot food, cold beer and good times.
