Bike with Team In Training

Team In Training, a program of the Luekemia and Lymphoma Society, is looking for heros! For the price of saving a life, you can participate in Americas Most Beautiful Bike Ride, Lake Tahoe, NV/CA in June of 2007! The bike ride is a 72 or 100 mile ride around Lake Tahoe - BREATHTAKING! This is the 4th year that Team In Training has sent a large team to Tahoe, and wants you to join in the fun! The ride has a couple of noteworthy climbs and several hills, but is not super hard. Tandems, recumbants, hybreds, even mountain bikes have made the ride. The deal is, you raise some jack for cancer research, you get the trip! Flight, hotel, a couple of meals, jersey, coaching, bike transportation - super slick deal! I have done this ride for the past 3 years, serving as coach, and it is an enjoyable, beautiful ride and great weekend in Tahoe. Last year I took my mountain bike to enjoy some of the spectacular singletrack in the area on the days preceeding the century. Great great riding!
