By Lynn Zerschling Journal staff writer Sergeant Bluff now can borrow Sioux City police officers to assist with enforcement matters including this weekend's RAGBRAI event. On Monday the Sioux City council approved a law enforcement mutual aid agreement with the city of Sergeant Bluff to allow the Woodbury County town to officially request police assistance for a variety of matters. City Manager Paul Eckert added, "While RAGBRAI prompted this, it is something we should have had with Sergeant Bluff, Woodbury County and Plymouth County."
