411 WHEN: Saturday, NOVEMBER 18th, 2006. 12pm WHERE: Starting and finishing at Mars Cafe (2318 University Ave. DSM, IA) EVENT WEBSITE: http://www.cranksgiving.blogspot.com HOW IT WORKS: Competitors will be given a grocery list of ten items. Competitors must purchase these items ($10-$20 total) from ten different stores, keeping the receipts as proof. There is no predetermined route. Think of it like a treasure hunt. The first person to return with all ten items on the grocery list is the winner. Items collected will be donated to the Food Bank of Iowa . Top 20 finishers will win Cranksgiving t-shirts. Top rider in each category will win prizes and bragging rights. CATEGORIES:
