Distance - 12 miles, 30 miles, 52 miles
SIANOMO (Southern Iowa & Northern Missouri) starts and finishes over the new concrete Lamoni Recreational Trail. Three different routes traverse scenic bistate countryside and state park. Minimal auto traffic in back country area. Several SAG stops. Longest run has challenging hills for those who dare. All roads lead to city park with sizzling hamburgers waiting.
Route
Route 1: Welcome Center over Trail and paved road to Andover Church in Missouri, back to Lamoni park (12 miles).
Route 2: Welcome Center to Nine Eagles State Park, back over Trail to Lamoni park (30 miles).
Route 3: Welcome Center over Trail and south to Blythedale & Cainsville, MO, to Nine Eagles State Park, and back over trail to Lamoni park (52 miles).
