Due to the recent flooding in Colfax, you'll have to come into Colfax on old Hwy. 6. If you're coming from the west, get off on Exit 149, the Mitchellville exit, to Hwy 6 (or Hwy. F48, same thing). If you're coming from the east, get off on Exit 159 and go south on Hwy 6.

Distance - 22.8 - 40.4 miles. Depending on how far you want to ride.
SERIOUSLY?!We weren't expecting much of a turn out due to the ride honoring the late Mark Grgurich. But, due to requests, we will still be having the annual Tour de Ride for anyone wanting to come out and ride.
Route
The ride will start at the Colfax Golf & Country Club and travel 11 mi. south on Hwy. 117 to Goldie's Ice Cream shop in Prairie City. If you'd like to ride a little further, you can take old Hwy 163 west to Pacific St. (the entry road into the Neil Smith Wildlife Refuge) which is another 8.8 miles. Cool off and get refreshed while you take a tour through the learning center and learn a little bit about how our forefathers lived here in Iowa and how it became what it is today. It sounds boring, but it's really not!
