Distance - 24 miles
You've heard of the epic April "FOOLS" ride, heck, you may have attended! Now 6 months later it's time for the "Sloof" ride! It's the "FOOLS" Ride ridden in reverse! Brandon to Laporte City on the scenic Cedar Valley Nature Trail. Ridin' and rockin' man! Live bands in both towns! The "Back Alley Band" kicks things off in LaPorte @ 2:00 and regional recording artists, "The Craig Erickson Band" at 6:00
back in Brandon! Get that bike out one last time-tell your non-biking friends about the live tunes and awesome par-tay!
Route
Will depart from Phat Albert's in Brandon around 12:00 and head up to Trish's Homestead Tap in LaPorte on the most scenic stretch of trail in Iowa! Then back to Brandon for 24 miles total with an optional low traffic highway loop if you like. Lots of side trip options.
