Party Ride

Distance - 24, 32, 42 miles

Join us in Laurel, Iowa October 28 for Iowa’s only Halloween Bike Ride. The ride will take place during the family friendly Laurel-Ween Festival celebrating autumn and harvest season.

All proceeds are directed towards local programs and Pediatric Cancer Research. A $10.00 donation will be appreciated.

There will be a 24, 32 and 42 mile ride. Maps are available at the ride.

You may preregister or register the day of the ride. Registration forms and maps are available on our Facebook page and will be provided the day of the ride at City Hall.

The ride Starts at 9:00am and is ridden at your own pace through rolling hills. Take as much time as you like but don’t miss the parade at 3:30.

Costumes are encouraged. You may ride in the parade to show off your costume, just find a spot and jump in.

Bring your family and plan on spending the entire day at this kid friendly event.

            24 Mile Ride

South on 14, 5 miles.

East on 224, F17, 7 miles.

North on T38, 5 miles to Gilman.

The West on E67, 7 miles to Laurel.

 

            32 Mile Ride

South on 14, 5 miles.

East on 224, 1 mile.

South in 224, 4 miles.

East on F27, 3 miles.

Rest Stop, Rock Creek State Park boat ramp

East on F27, 3 miles.

North on T38, 9 miles to Gilman.

West on highway E67, 7 miles to Laurel.

Some of these roads have a 24” shoulder or a bike trail. Use them!
