Members of the Atlantic Kiwanis Club presented third grade students at Washington Elementary with a bike helmet last Thursday. The club has been offering the program for 27 years, and former Washington Elementary Principal Gail Casey attended the presentation saying whenever he sees a student with a bike helmet, he thinks of the Kiwanis Program.
