Distance - 15-25-35 miles
Lifetime Fitness Kick Off Party and Bike Ride. Event begins at 5:00 with Rasmussen's and Eric's Bike's demo rides for those interested in taking a ride on something new. At 5:45 the three groups will leave Lifetime Fitness to ride 3 varying distances. The Recreational ride will have a ride leader which will take them at about 15 mph on a 15 mile route. The Fitness ride will also have a leader and they will head West towards Adel at a speed of 18mph with a 25 mile route. The performance group will have a lead but the pace is unpredictable. The ride will be a 35 mile loop. All three rides end up back at Lifetime where we will gather and celebrate with drinks and treats sponsored by Lifetime. Membership IS NOT required and no sign up needed.
