Thought I would pass on to the rest of the biking community a great experience we had with Saris.Wehave a Saris bike rack that is several years old. It requires a rubber saddle to rest up against your bike frame. Over time these tend to get lost regardless how well you think you are watching them. I contacted Saris by email asking if this part was available. I did not complain or ask for anything free.
I received a prompt return email asking for my mailing address. I received a quantity of these saddles at no charge! Not even for the freight! When it comes time to look for new bike racks etc. no question Saris is where I will look first.
