The Siouxland Cyclists are scheduled to start the 2014 riding season
with a tour on tri-state trails Feb. 9 in Sioux City, South Sioux City
and North Sioux City.The Winter Three State Ride will begin at 1 p.m. at Albrecht Cycle Shop, 200 Fifth St. in Sioux City.
The group will hold a RAGBRAI information session and sign-up event following the tour.
