Polk County Conservation provided an update for Fourmile MTB Park.
Park name is now Fourmile MTB ParkFourmile MTB Park. This aligns with the other PCC projects in the area and will prevent confusion with the nearby Copper Creek Lake in Pleasant Hill.
Phase 1 will be 3.5 miles of singletrack with a hub on the east end of the park. Opening is planned for late summer 2024. Polk County will have this out for bid soon with plan to award the construction bid on January 2024.
- 3 directional downhill trails with optional features
- 1 dedicated return (uphill) trail
- 1 Green bi-directional trail. This will be access from the parking lot and also be a loop around the majority of the park.
