TWO DAYS OF CYCLOCROSS RACING

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD STARTING AT 12 PM

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH STARTING AT 10 AM

Race Venue: East Park—East State St., Mason City, IA

Directions: From North or South I-35, take Clear Lake/Mason City (Exit 194) east on Hyw.122, north on S. Virginia Ave., east on East State St. appox. 2 blocks, north into park. From East on Avenue of the Saints (Hyw. 18/27) take (Exit 190) north on Thrush Ave. (County Rd. S56), west on Hyw. 122, north on Kentucky Ave., west on East State St. appox. 2 blocks, north into park.

Camping: Reserve campground sites at Margaret MacNider Campground (901 Birch Dr.) 641-421-3679. It’s just across the river from the race site. Mention that your racing the Cannonball Cross as they usually don’t take reservations.

Registration

Registration: Register online at https://www.usacycling.org/register/2016-1500. Online registration closes Friday, September 2nd at 11:59 pm. *On-site day of registration is $35. CASH ONLY. Late fee waived for women 4, men 5/citizen and junior racers. No entry fee for first time cyclocross racers! NO REFUNDS! On-site registration opens at 11 a.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday and closes 30 minutes before each event. Unlicensed riders, including citizens and juniors, must purchase a 1-day ($10) USAC license in addition to the entry fee. No annual licenses will be sold the day of the event. Second race on same day for $10.

Staging: Riders will be staged by their USA Cycling ranking at the close of pre-registration. Riders registering on race day will start behind pre-registered riders.
