Trail Ride

Distance - 18 miles

Get ready to tee off and roll out at the Friends of Des Moines Parks 11th annual FORE! Our Parks Golf Outing and Bike Ride – it's going to be a blast! Whether you're up for 18 holes at the legendary Waveland Golf Course or a scenic 18-mile bike ride along city trails, there's something for everyone. After the fun, we'll gather at the clubhouse for awesome prizes, awards, and the one and only Fat Joe's pizza!  

Mark your calendars for June 14 and join us in supporting our parks, trails, and recreational programs. We can't wait to see you there!

Route

The route starts at Waveland Golf Course, utilizing city trails to complete an 18-mile loop with three hosted refreshment stops along the way before returning to Waveland.

$500 Mile Sponsors Plus: includes logo signage along the bike route + two bikers

$300 Mile Sponsor: includes logo signage along bike route

$250 Biker Foursome: includes 4 registered cyclists

$125 Pair of Bikers: includes 2 registered cyclists

$75 Single Biker: includes 1 registered cyclist
