BIKEIOWA is now posting homes for sale?

We've recently posted two homes for sale that back up against trails.

Living right on a trail is something we are interested in and we figured many other cyclists would be too. Cyclists who live near a trail will most likely get involved with the trail and the communities along the trail.

We as cyclists know the value of living on or near a trail. We see the property values are increased because of the proximity to the trail.
