Robert Christensen, 56, of rural Council Bluffs was driving the 2014 Ford F-150 that collided with bicyclist William Shepard shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday. The crash occurred near Old Lincoln Highway and Northline Drive.
Shepard was pronounced dead at a Bluffs hospital.
