In honor of Earth Day new trees have been planted along the Sauk Rail Trail in Carroll County. Members of the Sauk Rail Trail Association, helped volunteers plant 125 sugar maple saplings on the south side of the path to the east of Maple River over the course of about five hours on Saturday afternoon.
