After two seasons, the Hotel Pattee has put their Frontier Shack Concession Food Trailer up for same.

This can be YOUR chance to own a business on one of the busiest trails in Iowa !

The Frontier Shack is currently located at the Flat Tire Lounge in Madrid.

It is a good operation and Kennedy Jay, along with the other owners/team at the Flat Tire Lounge are great to work with. I am simply tired. As a friend Andy Walsh said...A hotel, 2 food trucks and a restaurant...one has to go! If the unit doesn't sell, the Hotel Pattee will most likely continue the operation in 2017.

The Frontier Shack will close for the season after October 16th.

This is a custom made unit that has been totally rebuilt. Equipment includes:
* A 4 deck stone pizza oven

* Flat Top
* Steam Table
* Pizza Prep Table
* Sandwich Table

* Brand new A/C
* Pager System

It will be up to the Owners of the Flat Tire lounge to determine if a buyer can stay on this site. However, you are certainly able to move this to your location or use it as a mobile unit.
