Muscatine-Liam Sheppeard, who just completed second grade at Mulberry Elementary School, won the RAGBRAI Muscatine Kids’ Art Contest. Liam is the son of Lori Sheppheard. For his winning drawing, Liam will be awarded $20 Chamber Dollars to be spent at participating businesses in Muscatine. His artwork will also be considered in the statewide RAGBRAI Art Contest that has a grand prize of $350.

First runner up was six-year-old Eleanor Weyenberg. She’s in first grade at St. Paul Lutheran and is the daughter of Erin Weyenberg and granddaughter of Scott and Nancy Natvig. Eleanor will be awarded $15 Chamber Dollars.
