Sioux City adds Bicycle Racks on Busses

The City of Sioux City and Siouxland Trails Foundation
announced today (March 31st) that the Sioux Ctiy Transit
bus fleet has been equipped with bike racks. Siouxland
Trails Foundation partnered with the City of South Sioux
City Nebraska and Siouxland Cyclists to raise half of the
cost of outfitting the fleet of 24 busses.
To introduce the new amenity, Siouxland Trails Foundation
will pay the bus fare for any rider with a bicycle using
the busses during National Bike to Work Week in May.
