58 percent of adult bike riders never wear helmets

The USA Today snapshot noted that 36 states have laws requiring bicycle riders to wear helmets but 58 percent of adult bike riders say they never wear them.
Thirty percent of bicycle riders wear helmets often and 11 percent occasionally.
