Associated Press - November 10, 2007 8:54 PM ET MUSCATINE, Iowa (AP) - The trial for a Muscatine man charged with vehicular homicide for allegedly hitting a bicyclist and leaving the scene has been delayed until January. Clark Andrew Anderson was scheduled to go to trial in Muscatine County District Court this month, but attorneys agreed on Friday to reschedule the trial to January 28. Anderson also is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident and driving while his license was revoked. Anderson was charged after a bicyclist, Jerry Allen Person, was killed by a hit & run driver north of Muscatine in September. Anderson was on parole for second-offense drunken driving when he was arrested. Vehicular homicide carries a maximum prison sentence of up to 25 years. Information from: Charles Potter, KWPC
