Police said a cyclist was injured in a collision with a vehicle in Dubuque.
Timothy J. Herber Sr., 40, of Dubuque, was transported by private vehicle to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment of his injuries, according to Dubuque police.
A Dubuque Police Department crash report states that Herber was riding on White Street approaching 20th Street when his bicycle was struck by a vehicle driven by Melinda J. Titus, 54, of Dubuque, that was making a left turn into a private parking lot.
The report does not indicate that any traffic citations were issued.
