Since 2008, Capital City Cross has been a cornerstone of Central Iowa cyclocross, bringing energy, camaraderie, and fierce competition to the local cycling scene. This year, the BIKEIOWA Racing Teamagain welcomes riders of all ages and abilities to George Davis Softball Park for two full days of grit, barriers, and cowbells.

Cyclocross newcomers are encouraged to join - no special bike needed. Mountain bikes, fat bikes, and basic cyclocross rigs work perfectly.

Series Context
Capital City Cross is part of the 2025 Singlespeed Cyclocross Series, hosted across Iowa with 7 races. Racers must compete in at least four to qualify for end-of-series prizes. Points are awarded to the top 15 finishers at each event. Track standings here
