Police said a cyclist was possibly injured in a Dubuque crash Friday.
Matthew J. Nelson, 17, of Dubuque, complained of pain but was not transported to a hospital for treatment, according to a police crash report.
The crash happened at about 7:37 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Windsor Avenue and East 22nd Street.
The report states Nelson was riding a bicycle across Windsor Avenue and hit a vehicle driven by Stacey A. Stowers, 51, of Dubuque, who was southbound on Windsor Avenue and turning east onto East 22nd Street at a green light.
The report states Nelson was cited with failure to obey a do not walk light.
