Fort Dodge firefighters and paramedics attend to a man who suffered minor injuries when his bicycle came in contact with a vehicle Thursday afternoon.
The collision happened at Central Avenue and Ninth Street, but the man pedaled away and was found at Third Avenue South and Eighth Street.
The incident was reported at about 1:45 p.m. The driver of the car went to the Law Enforcement Center to make a report. The driver was talking to an officer when other officers and the Fire Department were dispatched to Third Avenue South and Eighth Street.
The man was taken by ambulance to UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center.
