Police said a bicyclist was possibly injured Thursday in a Dubuque crash.
Keegan K. Rooney, 14, of Dubuque, sustained suspected minor injuries but did not seek medical attention at the scene, according to a police crash report.
The crash happened at about 4:40 p.m. at the intersection of an alleyway and South Avoca Street, less than a block before Green Street.
The report states Kenneth Johnson, 35, of Dubuque, was driving his vehicle down South Avoca when a bicyclist crossed the street through an alleyway.
Johnson slowed down, expecting another bicycle, when Rooney exited the alleyway on a bike and hit Johnson’s vehicle.
